Entire House

If you would like to fit a bunch of people that you love under one roof, the entire house can be rented! This includes all seven suites along with the common spaces — these are the two living rooms, the study, the dining room, and the kitchen. Renting the entire house may be the perfect option if you are planning a retreat, wedding, reunion, or another large gathering!

Linden Suite

Situated on the second floor, this two-room suite offers tons of space! Each room contains a queen bed and fireplace, and the suite shares a cozy bathroom. The front room has sitting area that enjoys a birds-eye view of downtown, while the back room features bay windows that overlook the grounds - and a few linden trees!

This suite is the perfect option for a family or two couples.

Maple Suite

Situated on the third floor, this suite contains a cozy vaulted sleeping room with a king bed along with a spacious bathroom—that includes a jetted-tub! This main bedroom is connected to a brick-walled attic with twin beds that overlook downtown. Just outside the door is the “attic library,” a cozy reading nook packed with pillows, books, and a telescope. In our eyes, the Maple Suite is ideal for both a family or honeymoon!

Spruce Room

Located on the second floor with a southeastern exposure, this room has a bright and airy feel. The tall ceilings, ornate fireplace, and marble vanity anchor the space. The toilet and shower are located just down the hall, which makes this our most affordable option.

The Spruce Room can be adjoined to the Juniper Room to create a suite — just ask us about this option!

Dogwood Suite

Located on the third floor, this suite was designed for families, reunions, and wedding parties...or whatever “the more the merrier” gathering you can dream up! With vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, bathroom, and tons of space with built-in bunk beds (which are queens on the bottom and twins up top), this suite maximizes your stay with friends or family. The “attic library” is right outside the door if you need a moment away from the chaos.

Sassafras Suite

Located on the second floor, this suite is a truly special corner of the house! Originally, it was the “maid’s quarters,” but it has been transformed into a rustic space with a cozy bedroom, large bathroom, and sweet sleeping porch that overlooks the grounds (and, of course, a sassafras tree). The sleeping porch contains two twin beds, so it is ideal for families — or it could be used a reading area!

Juniper Room

Situated on the second floor, this room has tall ceilings, big windows, a marble fireplace and vanity, along with a private bathroom...who could ask for more? As you are looking out the big windows, you can even see Juniper trees on the south slope of the yard.

The Juniper Room can be adjoined to the Spruce Room to create a suite — just ask us about this option!

Oak Room

Situated on the first floor, this room is incredibly spacious! It is our handicap accessible room, so it has easy access to parking spaces through a back door along with a handicap accessible bathroom. Plus, it includes a king bed, mini kitchen, and light-filled sitting area. You can easily access the rest of the house through doors that open into the library and kitchen. This is also our dog-friendly space.

Holly & Matt Suite

This unique, octagon-shaped, two story suite is located at behind the Mansion and connected via an indoor breezeway. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee/tea station and serene views from your second story screened in porch. This suite is perfect for a 2 night visit up to an extended stay.

The Loft on the Square

At only an 8 min walk from Three Pines sits a beautifully renovated second story loft apartment. Located on the square in historic Petersburg, the space offers an abundance of natural light with large windows that overlook the historic 1896 Menard County Courthouse and town square. The loft features a mix of charming character and modern amenities.
